MTU size is 1500 between all hosts and mtuping shows 1500 from end to end (When not in VPN). SonicWall has two providers. Both providers exhibit the same issue. It's two separate backup products running over the The Vendor’s subnet was 10.0.0.0/24 (but they also had a subnet in their network for 192.168.1.0/24, which is why this would not work, our traffic would get to them, but wouldn’t make it back out over the VPN on the way back) We decided that we would mask our 192.168.1.0/24 subnet as 192.168.254.0/24; Here is how the router was Setup: I downloaded the latest Sonicwall Global VPN Client and installed it on top of the previous installation. This fixed the issue immediately! The Sonicwalll started passing DHCP correctly and the client PC was finding the DC correctly. I am not sure if the installation needed to be upgraded or just repaired, either way it is now working like a charm. It turns out the Sonicwall is routed through an ADSL router to the Internet. This issue was not with the Sonicwall, but with the ADSL router. I haven't investigated this too far, but restarting the ADSL router starts the VPN working again. Odd, but at least I have found a working solution. Thanks again.

Only the Sonicwall GVC was not working. We also have several sites all on Comcast Business Class all with Sonicwall firewalls and all the VPNs were working except this one. Then, two days later, the same thing started happening at a second site. What did the two sites have in common? Both had Netgear Cable Modems the rest have SMC.
