I'm running an OpenVPN-as container in an Ubuntu 18.04 vm, which runs on Win10 Pro via VirtualBox. I know that is just weird, but that's what I'm dealing with. :-) While using my android phone and the OpenVPN Connect app, I can connect to the vpn. Outbound traffic comes out of my home IP address, so that portion seems to work fine.
